Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Contrary to other posts, all you need do to tailor the sound of water splash is to reduce the volume of water going through the pump by rotating the little inlet / filter on the pump - this is a 5-second adjustment that takes one second to find. Enjoy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Fountain Received my Chianna Fountain last week and although I am 75 years old, I managed to unpack it, move it to my small backyard with the help of a cart and mount it on some blocks that I had already positioned. I am extremely happy with it. It has an excellent quality and appearance, beautiful colors and a super pleasant sound. I had read some other reviews and removed the screen and placed it on the bottom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Chianna Fountain I have been watching this fountain for YEARS and finally bought it when it went on sale this year and then waited months for it to be delivered. It is lovely and so glad I bought it! As the other reviews have commented, the screen on the splash guard causes water to escape the fountain and you don’t get the sound of splashing water with the screen. I have a pond and enjoy tweaking pumps and water to get different flow effects. Turning the pump down did not help much but I found turning the splash guard upside down gives me the sound of water splashing . I placed a piece of left over tile to help hide the pump. I think removing the screen from the tile guard is the answer but I haven’t done that yet. Since it has to go inside in the winter I set it up on a 2x2 ft wheeled dolly with pavers on it and then put bricks around it to hide the wheels. Then I can easily wheel it in to the mud room for winter storage. I have to remark on Ballard’s customer service- the UPS man left the box opened at the end of my driveway with torn foam and cardboard all around the fountain pieces-luckily nothing was broken. I reported this to UPS and then to Ballard who refunded the entire shipping cost including the oversized fee (a total of $75) even though it wasn’t their fault. I consider the splash issue minor and the fountain is a wonderful addition to the patio and with generous refund by Ballard It was a great purchase and I rate it a 5. Ballard really had my back on this purchase!
