The love seat arms are also rough. Ballard is making good on a refund but it is a huge hassle to take this apart and ship it back.

The top of this table has separations between the wooden slat construction which too easily trap bugs and other natural outdoor debris. The table simply does not look high-end. After only about a year, we are replacing it with an oval glass top table. The other pieces in this collection that have cushions are okay though we are not as happy with them as we had hoped we'd be. The cushions that come with the lounge chairs, ottoman, and sofa are not Sunbrella and, as such, do not look as good nor do they clean up particularly well. We've had them professionally steam cleaned as Ballard's Sunbrella cushion replacements are very expensive and do not come in a color I'd want. Additionally, the little round wood cover plugs that conceal the assembly screws do not fit well and have to be glued in. Even then, they require gluing at regular intervals. All in all, if I had to do it over again, Ceylon whitewash is not a set I'd buy. This is not a truly quality collection.
