Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries


  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty with some issues The sofa looks great, especially the frame. Assembly was fairly straightforward, but the wooden plugs would not stick in several places, so that was a bit frustrating. The biggest issue I have with this sofa is that the cushions are rough, and the cushion covers are not removable. For the price, I would have expected a better quality material that can be washed easily. I am also not very happy with the "sand" color, which has a yellowish tint. We decided to purchase another sofa for our sunroom and will put this one outside--it is not comfortable enough for indoor lounging.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not worth the money, horrible experience Our entire experience was horrible with Ballard. We received the wrong furniture and they were going to charge us more for the accidental furniture they sent us. Finally got our set weeks later and had to store the accidental 13ft furniture couch they sent. Unpacking: took us 2 hours to unpack each piece of furniture (we had one couch and two chairs)= 6 hours total. The amount of cardboard and styrofoam was insane- it will take us 3 months to get rid of all the cardboard (our recycling comes every two weeks so to get rid of 40 pounds of cardboard will take months) we have no idea how to get rid of the styrofoam- probably need to pay extra money to get a dumpster to throw away another 40 pounds of styrofoam. Putting the coach together took another two hours (6 hours total for the entire set). The wood/teak is great quality but they either didn't drill the holes deep enough or gave us screws that were too long so that we had to drill them deeper in order for the screws to go all the way in. The wooden buttons that cover the screws did not stay in, we had to then super glue them in. The cushions are super thin and will probably need to be replaced within a year. We recorded an entire video showing the assembly issues- my husband is a carpenter and he goes into detail on the issues for the screw holes and how to solve it. BUT no one from Ballard even acknowledged it. We shared this video so that you could work with your team to find a solution and it probably never got looked at- such a shame for a company to not utilize feedback to make their experience and products better. I would not purchase another piece from this company. The amount of money we paid should have resulted in the furniture coming assembled (we had to pay for special shipping AND put the furniture together), the cushion covers should be removable so that you can clean them, but instead they are not, we shouldn't have had to take out any power tools to make the furniture come together or super glued the wood buttons on. In addition, the amount of packaging is disgusting- such a shame that they can't figure out how to use less waste- if we didn't have a garage the cardboard and styrofoam would be sitting outside for months or blown away that is how much came with it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible company I bought $11,000+ worth of this furniture line for 20% off before I received all the items it went on sale for 30% off and free shipping- they wouldn’t honor price or give credit- only offered me to remove the shipping charge - horrible customer service- will not buy from them again- the product itself had to assemble myself as they don’t currently offer assembly- I bought replacement cushions, it’s a shame they don’t offer customized cushions as an up charge - overall a Horrible shopping experience

The teak was beautiful and the deatail in the back was exactly what I was looking for but it was the cushions that determined my decision to return this couch. The cushions felt very low quality compared to the teak and the color was defintiely more cream than white. If I would have seen and sat on this couch prior to purchasing, I would have not purchased. I wanted outdoor furniture that comfortable and inviting for our guests and this completely missed the mark. Setup of the couch also took about 2 hours so be prepared for that or pay for setup. My husband was not happy when after spending the time to put it together, we ended up returning. Very dissapointed with this purchase.
