If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful! This is a very nice piece of outdoor furniture. It is perfect size for my screen porch. I have 2 other chairs and lots of plants. I will say it wasn't hard to assemble, but it is easier with 2 people. Tons of packing material! It is comfortable to sit on and the fabric is easy care. I will be buying additional cushions in another color or pattern. Very happy with this. I believe a cover is a must for storage and a few coats of teak oil will be in order too. Delivery service was excellent too! Great communication from the company!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great loveseat, couple of things to think about. The loveseat is well built and looks great. Assembly went well, fits tight so putting wax on screws when assembling makes it a little easier but caution on overtightening as to not snap the screws off. The cushion are lower quality but expected that from others comments. The issue I had is the buttons that are used to cover the screw holes were popping out because they were too long to fit flush. I cut off a little from the button and pounded them back in and have not had one pop out since.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stylish teak loveseat The teak loveseat is terrific. It is stylish, well-built and easy to assemble. The cushions are a disappointment. The fabric feels cheap and it looks more yellowish than in the catalogue, and the seat cushion provides little support when one sits. I tried to return the cushions rather than get rid of them, but no luck.We spent a lot to replace them, but are still very happy with our purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Disappointed With Quality and Comfort Having purchased a Ceylon teak collection including love seat, cushions, chairs and dining set, for another home and enjoying it for many years, we ordered the current Ceylon teak loveseat with cushions for our beach house. We have never been as disappointed with any furniture purchase as we are with this one. The depth of the seat of the current love seat is several inches narrower than the original, and is extremely uncomfortable. The cushions are thin and the filler material very hard, to the point that neither we, nor any of out guests who have tried sitting on the loveseat can sit for more than a short time. Unpacking and assembling the furniture took a good bit of effort and several hours of work. After being informed by customer service that we could only return the loveseat unassembled and in the original packaging (which had been broken down and discarded by that time), we decided that the effort required to do so was too much. We asked to return the cushions and were told that it could not be done. To make the cushions at all usable we are paying over $200 to replace the filler with actual foam. Although our family has purchased many Ballard products over the years, we are so disappointed with both the quality of this recent purchase and the complete lack of customer service in trying to address the problems, it is unlikely we will do so in the future.
