You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Chair is good quality and design, cushions not so I ended up ordering 4 of these chairs total due to the design. They are comfortable, sturdy and to easy to assemble. My only complaint would be the cushions they come with. Whoever thought white or sand as they call it would be good for outdoor furniture...not so good! These were dirty in a matter of days, even trying to take them inside for inclement weather. I have a set of two on an uncovered deck and a set of two on a covered deck, equally dirty. Yes I would recommend the chairs but not the sand cushions.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Keep, return, keep, return Return. They are just not comfortable enough. It’s the depth. This chair should be at least 5 inches deeper. It was tough though because I like the look. I’m keeping the Ceylon wing chairs. Aesthetically the wing chairs are more striking and unusual, but it would be nice to have lounge chairs that matched. That’s why I hesitated. They just feel too small. The dimensions list the depth w/cushions as 19”. I measure 17”. Because they’re not deep enough, the arms also feel too short. I’m 5’8” and I like to lounge. Having said that, if I went to someone’s house and sat in these chairs, I wouldn’t say they were uncomfortable. But I would also never say that they were really comfortable. When I bring my coffee outside, and go sit in this lounge chair, I feel disappointed. If you’re someone like me who really likes to lounge, this is not the chair for you. If you just want a reasonably comfortable chair, you might be happy with this chair. It’s a good price. Someone who’s shorter might like something less deep. I don’t know. If you have space considerations, these might work well. For me, sadly, they don’t.
