Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy, heavy and attractive! We bought this a month ago and just love the table and chairs. The chairs are actually comfortable with or without the seat cushion. I have the same thoughts as other buyers - they are shipped with an incredible amount of packing to keep them undamaged, we wish they came with custom cushions (or more a selection) because we bought a whole second set anyway, and it took some muscle to put them together. Overall great purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid, Quality Furniture We purchased this table set, two chaises, baker's rack, two side chairs, two benches, a coffee table and end table -- ALL pieces were in perfect condition and were assembled without issues. Oiling each piece prior to assembly was an extremely slow and tedious chore, but certainly worth the time and effort as the varied characteristics of teak emerged beautifully. Delivery was by UPS and freight truck, no problems with either one. Very, very pleased with this product line.

The very few cons: Time to assemble The oil on the set upon delivery will leave marks on standard issue cushions (cleans off with soap and water and elbow grease) There are a few rough spots on the teak Some of the wood plugs like to pop out The pros: Absolutely gorgeous Well thought design that will last for years TEAK!! Classic style Sturdy Standard cushions are quite nice Not what your neighbors will have All in all, I am very happy with this purchase and will recommend to everyone (except my neighbors!)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stunning outdoor dining / time consuming assembly I’m reviewing this on behalf of my daughter and son in law. This is a beautiful well crafted outdoor dining option that is well worthy of FIVE STARS if the assembly of 6 chairs and table weren’t so time consuming. I’ve assembled many furniture peices in my 60+ years and perhaps the only item more involved was an Ikea lingerie chest. The other review for this set also notes the lengthy assembly time. Instructions were clear however with accompanying hardware well attached. Packaging, while cumbersome, protected the wood from any shipping damage. The dining set once assembled is beautiful. It is a set that will offer years of enjoyment and use. The standard cushions are adequate but are cream colored, a nice compliment to the teak but somewhat impractical for family outdoor dining. This set is really deserving of a five star rating but I subtracted one due to the lengthy assembly time; my daughter would have rated it even lower for this reason.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mildews within 2 months I love this set - it looks awesome - after all, it's Ballard Designs! However, the dining table is mildewing only on the edges after being outside for 7 weeks. The bakers rack and the chairs are fine (same area), but the mildew on the table itself is pretty bad. Diluted bleach gets rid of it on the surface only, and it regrows within a week. Stupefying.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from teak is not the best quality I bought bench and armchairs last year. Teak quality was okay; this year it is worse. The pieces I just bought already require sanding as they are rough. Putting the dining chairs together requires 2 hours per chair for assembly and unpacking. If you do not have a socket wrench you will not easily assemble these items. They supply an allen wrench which is woefully inadequate.
