What To Expect For Truck Deliveries


  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT an outdoor rug Beautiful rug and feels really nice on bare feet but...I put this rug on my deck, as it said it was indoor/outdoor, and it in not good outdoors. The first time it rained it was saturated and never dried out. I had to bring it in the house to dry it out. I had to roll it up and only put it out when I was sitting there. During the season it was left out a few times and by the end of summer it was a moldy mess. For the price I expected much more.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't hold up well and can't be vacuumed When I first received my 8x11 gray rug I was very happy and loved it. The rug is beautiful and very plush for an indoor/outdoor rug. Unfortunately we didn't lie the rug down until a couple of months after we received, so I had long thrown out the box and receipt. Once we finally started using it, the rug immediately started getting big loop pulls just from normal traffic from 2 people, 1 dog, and 1 cat. It can never be vacuumed with a normal beater brush vacuum or else it leaves a thick layer of "fuzz" all over it, which also has to be cut off. I've had the rug for 6 months and it looks really terrible, and that's with me doing weekly cutting sessions of all the pulls from normal traffic, and never vacuuming it with a beater brush vacuum. I do not recommend this rug at all if you have pets or if you're hoping you can get away with occasionally vacuuming it with a normal beater brush vacuum (which the label says you cannot). Sorry, Ballard, I normally love your products!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Should have read the reviews! The color and feel of this rug are wonderful. Looks great in my kitchen. However, I have two dogs that just by walking on it bring up loops that need to be cut off. It's been down for 4 days and I've had to cut multiple pulls each day. Also you can't vacuume the rug using the beater brush. To clean it you can vacuume using suction or hose it down. Who wants the hassle of hosing an indoor rug down, especially if there's furniture on it?
