When we placed the order, there was no image available for the item in the natural wood color, so I was really nervous. But when it came, I was so thrilled that it was exactly what I'd hoped for. A true natural light/medium toned wood. It matches perfect with the other wood accents throughout our home. Additionally, it provides space to store things as well as space to display the pretty things. Absolutely love this piece! It completes our home just the way we'd hoped it would.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Alisha H from Solid Piece I purchased this cabinet in off-white over gray nearly three years ago. Delivery and set-up went smoothly. I loved the subtle distressed finish and the brass hardware, especially the keys. However, the main reason for this review is that I have to attest to how solid this piece is. We were just above the epicenter of an earthquake, so even though it registered around 3.5-4, it felt more like a 7 to us. My eyes immediately went to this cabinet as our house shook violently because I just knew from past experience that it or all its contents would come crashing down (this is a two-piece cabinet). Just the opposite--not a single champagne flute tipped over or so much as moved out of place. I was impressed! This is a solid, well built item. I'm glad I purchased.

It provides functional and stylish storage- I never thought I’d find such a product in Navy. I waited 5 months for delivery and it would be nice to have the product set up in home given the cost for in home delivery but beyond Th at I am elated. My sunroom dining area is almost complete thanks to Ballard Designs.

There was a problem with the knobs on one of the doors on the hutch, but Ballard took care of the return and exchange of the piece very quickly and efficiently. The shippers were excellent. Customer service department was very helpful in handling the exchange and told me they just wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Way to go Ballard
