Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Drawers open & close smoothly, doors close tightly, key works wonderfully & the distressed finish is flawless over the ENTIRE piece. I ordered several different finish samples to compare the finishes against my existing cabinets & wall color and I'm so glad I did. The room has light gray walls, dark cherry cabinetry with white trim & the distressed white over gray finish is just beautiful. This console is a true work art!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Distressed Fog Gray Lungarno Console: love it! Great size for my small dining area: 13 x 12. The color is identical to the sample I received. The finish is identical as well. The size inside will hold 2 sets of dishes. I have 2 sets of cloth napkins, service for eight, but could accommodate twice as many in one drawer. The other drawer will hold service for 16 everyday stainless...as I rarely use sterling anymore. I think the quality is as nice as anything purchased retail at this price point. Until I find that perfect Antique French sideboard this will work wonderfully! Great shipping service, very polite, and careful placing of the chest. I've included photos of this chest as well as the chandelier I purchased from Ballards. I really love the chandelier too! Two great finds from a fine company.

This console is well built, with just the right amount of distressing. The storage capability is much more than I expected! Love the antiqued brass pulls which add a nice finishing touch to the piece. It came well packaged with a very professional delivery team. You can't go wrong with Casa Florentina & Ballards!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality and character This piece has a solid, substantial feel and smart, roomy storage. We purchased several of the Casa Florentina pieces and absolutely love them all! The construction and design are excellent. The quality of materials, workmanship, and attention to detail are worth every penny. They have such character and understated elegance, that they definitely make the room. They're like new antiques. We selected the Distressed Red and it's wonderful! It's a true red (not an orange-red) and is exactly what we'd hoped for. One unexpected treat is the special "antique" brass keys. They function, yet add such pizzazz. The furniture came well packed and the delivery team was very helpful. It's true that the leadtime is long, but we expected that. After all, we got furniture handmade in Italy in the color of our choice! (Note: I'm writing this review after we've had the furniture for 6 months.)

I thought the price was reasonable for the quality. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. I would definitely consider buying another piece from this collection.

I got it in the DIstressed Blue, which is very pretty and matches, but is definitely bluer than the sample piece I was working from. I am very impressed with how much storage: the drawers are big, the bottom part is HUGE!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pretty but not sturdy Looks good but light weight and questionable construction. The description makes this sound like a piece of fine furniture of custom built quality (and the price reinforces that perception). This is closer to something you could find at a lower cost furniture store. The interior shelf is not sturdy and I don't know how people would use this for a dining room as it seems like a disaster waiting to happen if you load it up. I cashed in a lot of reward points but wish I'd used them on something else as I think I could have found something better locally.
