Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Shipping

Smaller items are shipped via standard ground service. In-stock items will generally arrive in 3-7 business days.

Please note: Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together. Allow three additional days if your order includes personalized items.

How do you calculate standard shipping charges?

Orders under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value. Orders $200.01+ will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $300.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

*Orders placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands will have additional costs.

Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery and additional fee, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day express service. Express orders received by 4 pm EST are shipped the same day.

Expedited Delivery Charges (for orders under 10 lbs.)

For expedited delivery items over 10 lbs., additional charges will be reflected at checkout.

Can I pick up items from your store?

Sure. With Ship to Store delivery, you can purchase qualified items* online and have them sent to your closest retail store to pick-up. We’ll take care of the shipping costs. Click Here to find a store near you.

Truck Delivery

Larger items are delivered via a truck delivery partner and will generally be available for delivery 2-3 weeks after shipping.

Please note: We provide two options for Truck delivery service, Threshold and In-Home. See below for specifics.

All items delivered by Truck Delivery- Threshold will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $35/item. You may upgrade your delivery experience to our In-Home Truck Delivery at your discretion for an additional $25 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. Threshold Truck Delivery

Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice. If the home is a multi-dwelling building, the items will be delivered inside the residence. No assembly is included. Packaging removal is available by upgrading to “In-Home” Truck Delivery. Please note: All items delivered by Threshold Truck Delivery will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $35/item.

Items designated for Truck Delivery may be upgraded to our In-Home Truck Delivery service at your discretion for an additional $25 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. See In-Home Truck Delivery below.

In-Home Truck Delivery Recommended

On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery. Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery. With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed. Assembly is not included.

Truck Delivery Scheduling

After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day for your delivery.

When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to narrow roads, restricted delivery times, gated entrances, proof of insurance requirements, multiple flights of stairs, and service elevator restrictions. Ensure your items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners.

What to expect for Delivery

The day before your delivery, you will receive a call with your four-hour delivery window. Our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home. Please prepare by clearing pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery partner is unable to move any existing furniture.

Accepting your Delivery

If you observe an imperfection, note it when signing the delivery paperwork and either refuse the item or contact us for resolution by calling Customer Service at 1-800-367-2775 or the store where you made your purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful, stately piece This armoire was delivered two months ahead of the estimate, which was a nice surprise. I would not have minded waiting for it, however, as it is exactly as described. It has the look and feel of a high quality piece of furniture, which, for the price, is what I expected. I ordered the cream/grey finish. The shelving provides ample storage for bathroom and bed linens. I don't have a full-length mirror in my dressing area, and these mirrored doors do the trick quite nicely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Armoire but A WARNING This armoire is gorgeous. BUT BE WARNED: the legs don't have plastic feet to protect the floor. I didn't notice this because the armoire was delivered in-home and the legs were mounted by the delivery guys. After they left, I noticed that the armoire was not flush with the wall I and decided to push it a few inches. This created deep scratches in my new hardwood floor. How can a heavy piece of furniture like this be delivered without plastic feet? I'm very disappointed, but I'm giving the armoire 5 stars anyway because it is beautiful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful piece of furniture! I ordered this armoire in August in distressed black and it was well worth the wait! I needed an extra closet to hang jackets and coats. I am able to hang my jackets but not my coats because the non-adjustable shelf is in the middle of the cabinet. However, I put one of the adjustable shelves on the bottom and now I have storage for blankets and things that I needed storage for anyway. Overall, great piece and I have gotten so many compliments on it. I put it in my front entrance. I ordered the armoire with the mirrored front so it looks great when you walk into the house. The men who delivered the piece where excellent and attached the legs for me without me asking. Love it!!

The entire Casa Florentina line appeals to me and I think the color choices while difficult to envision offer nice choices. The armoire is made very well and is very useful as a linen closet. My only complaint would be that I ordered in June and it was delivered in Nov but was worth the wait.

I have been looking for years for a high quality armoire to fill a specific space in my bedroom and one with a European look. After discovering the Casa Florentina in a Ballard's catalog, I went into a local Ballard's to order a mirrored one in limed white. However, there was one with mirrors on the floor in antique walnut at a greatly reduced price. The only thing wrong with it was a small nick in the wood toward the bottom of the front. The wood color almost exactly matched my bedroom furniture. I bought it on the spot. A dab of colored pencil filled in the nick and it looks perfect. I would have paid full price for this, but it was so nice to find it at a such a great price. Love it!! Delivery and "white glove" setup was extra but well worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful and functional I ordered the distressed black with the mirrored doors. The finish is beautiful and looks like the advertisement. The mirrors are good quality without any warp spots. My only complaint is that the custom name tag was supposed be a brass plate on the back of the piece. Instead the brass plate is on top of a tacky paper card advertising the manufacturer and at the top inside of the front door.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice armoire I have only had it about a month but so far so good. I purchased the grey with mirrored doors. Very glad I went with the mirrors otherwise I think it would be too heavy looking for my space. The grey is as pictured on website but the inside is not white as stated it would be. I like it better all grey anyway. There are several options for adjusting the height of the multiple shelves and a hanging rod is included. Great size - not too big, not to small. Nice detail in the woodwork to make it a little more interesting looking. The distressing on the grey is not super noticeable (the distressing is brown). Doors are easy to open, close and lock. Very happy with this purchase.
