Rated 4 out of 5 by Bluegrass girl from Worth the wait! Stately dark wood bed. It took over 20 years for us to agree on a bed, but it was worth the wait. Although both side rails arrived damaged, Ballard Design very quickly replaced them. Great customer service!

A trim piece along the side rail was cracked upon assembly. Hopeful it holds up ok. It would be a huge hassle to return.
