If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

If you don't absolutely love your new slipcovered seating or upholstered seating for any reason, return it within 10 days of delivery absolutely free – we'll even pay the return shipping. It's that simple. We guarantee it. Now doesn't that make you happy?

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Fees

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I wish white had been available when I ordered it because white would have gone well with my other furniture, but the off-white is a nice color. The delivery service was excellent; the men took it up the apartment stairs, unpacked it, and placed it right where I wanted it. The key doesn't turn as easily as it should, and the piece isn't exactly level, but I really love it, so five stars!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely - - and fits anywhere! This is so pretty, it fits just about anywhere, and it's great for storing a variety of items. It's very handy to have an extra full-length mirror too (we got the "regular" mirror). I'm really pleased with it! The legs even have leveling adjusters, if needed. We purchased several of the Casa Florentina pieces and absolutely love them all! The construction and design are excellent. The quality of materials, workmanship, and attention to detail are worth every penny. They have such character and understated elegance, that they definitely make the room. We selected the Distressed Red and it's wonderful! It's a true red (not an orange-red) and is exactly what we'd hoped for. One unexpected treat is the special "antique" brass keys. They function, yet add such pizzazz. The furniture came well packed and the delivery team was very helpful. It's true that the leadtime is long, but we expected that. After all, we got furniture handmade in Italy in the color of our choice! (Note: I'm writing this review after we've had the furniture for 6 months.)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No the quality and service expected. It took a really long time to come. I originally ordered the white but then my order was cancelled without any communication. I then reordered and settled for the teal because it came it would come in 3 more months, instead of 6 more months. The quality is not what I expected. the nails holding in the mirror came apart in the first few weeks. I had to try to put it back together so the mirror didn't fall out. They glued in some shelf paper in the drawer that doesn't even cover the whole bottom of the drawer and is all wrinkled (the bottom is all bubbled and bumpy). Unfortunately, the glue is so strong, I can't even pull it up. Overall, I am really disappointed.
