After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

PleasedThis provided an instant update for over-the-sink can light. Thought it might look too large for the space, but looks great and really brings the light from tall ceilings down to the work area. Looked at other can light adapter solutions, but Ballard had the easiest and prettiest options. Love that kit comes with different adaptor pieces so different shades could be used to change look if desired.

Perfect shade for my floor lamp.Needed to buy a replacement shade to fit my Bottery Parn Chloe floor lamp which featured a mercury glass shade. This one from Ballard Designs is a great option. It's high quality, matches the aesthetic, and fits like a glove. It is a bit larger than the stock shade (which broke when my toddler knocked over the lamp), but that's ok. Customer service was great. They assured me the shade would fit (and if it didn't, I'd be able to return free of charge). Thank you!

Easy industrial chic update!Bought the Industrial Shade to replace a drum shade that lasted 10+ years. This shade appears to be made just as well, and I expect it to last a long time. The metal is thicker than I anticipated, so it's nicely weighted. The inside of the shade is a creamy white, which helps reflect the light. Helps to update my space to something a bit more industrial-chic.

Great way to update pendant lightingI bought two 10” shades in natural for existing pendant lights over our kitchen island, and they are perfect for the space. This was an inexpensive update for lights that have extra long rods and would have required an electrician to change out for us. The natural color is ecru, a light beige with some texture. They were packaged well and arrived promptly. Very pleased!

Simple update to kitchen pendantsThree of these added a nice touch to our kitchen counter bar and provide a nice amount of light without being glaringly bright. They work on existing pendants and are easy to install by simply unscrewing the old shades and then screwing these into the base. They add an update without rewiring new pendants. I got them on sale and was satisfied with the quality. The price seems a bit high for simple woven shades but I wasn’t able to find anything similar.

In fifteen minutes, I upgraded my kitchenI have wanted to upgrade the two lights hanging over the island in my kitchen for two years. I finally found the perfect answer with the globes I saw in the Ballard catalogue. I ordered two, installed them by just taking the old outdated lights with these two globes I saw in your latest catalog. They were perfect and easy to install. My daughter came over for a visit, saw the globes and asked if she could do the same in her kitchen? Of course I agreed, she used my laptop to order them that same day. So happy I found and bought these shades!!!I love my new light shades!!! They make such a huge statement in this simple update in our kitchen! Their shape and size are perfect and I’m so glad I found them! The only small disappointment I had, given the fact that with making glass there will be some imperfections, and one of my pendants had a more noticeable imperfection than I had hoped for! Still gave them “5 stars” because I love them so much!
