If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

If you don't absolutely love your new slipcovered seating or upholstered seating for any reason, return it within 10 days of delivery absolutely free – we'll even pay the return shipping. It's that simple. We guarantee it. Now doesn't that make you happy?

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and makes a big difference We have a vaulted ceiling in our stair well and every time we went down the stairs, the lightbulb is right in our eyes due to the angle. This adapter works great and brings style to the landing/stairwell. I was concerned it wouldn’t work on an angled ceiling, but as long as I don’t over tighten the “D” screw, it stays in place! Next up, some wallpaper around the doors

It is a soft shade of gray that goes well with many colors or other grays and earthy tones. The quality is what you would expect from Ballard. I was impressed with the finish and how the interior was also finish in a porcelain glaze to reflect light. It is going in my kitchen that has white cabinets, butcher block countertops and stainless appliances. Much better quality than I have been able to find locally. It will definitely add that WOW factor to the kitchen. I wish I had places for more!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW! I love these replacement shades even more than I could have hoped! I coveted these for a couple of months before I actually placed the order. They arrived lightning quick (like two or three days)! So easy to twist off my old glass shades and swap out with these. I was worried that the bronze would make the light appear darker, but it does not at all. I love that the inside (under part that you see over the island) is white- so crisp and fresh. I will be placing an order for the smaller size for over my sink! A++++++++++++++++

I have canned lighting throughout my small condo kitchen and put this fixture above my sink. Gives me bright, concentrated light right where I need it and looks amazing too! The fixture was so simple to install, no hardware or tools needed. I would highly recommend this item! My only negative is that the spa color looks different than the catalog, more green than blue. But, it works well with my color scheme so I chose to keep it.

It wasn't hard to install and looks perfect over my kitchen nook. It provides plenty of light onto the table, much more than the previous light did. It looks much more expensive than it was. Overall very happy with purchase.
