If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

If you don't absolutely love your new slipcovered seating or upholstered seating for any reason, return it within 10 days of delivery absolutely free – we'll even pay the return shipping. It's that simple. We guarantee it. Now doesn't that make you happy?

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Lot of Bling for the Buck I've been looking at lighting for months, so when I saw this chandelier I knew it was a great deal. Before I bought, I sent a link to my daughter for her opinion, and she bought one for her own dining room that same day! She loves it as much as I do. It hangs over a 48" long table in my small-ish dining area, and it's the perfect size. It uses three 40w bulbs, so it's not terribly bright -- but it's just so darned pretty that I sometimes can't resist turning it on even during the day. (It replaced an awful 1972-ish bright gold fixture in my rental condo.) The only thing that would improve it would be if it was offered in a variety of colors -- my first choice would have been antique gold or copper -- but I would buy it again in a heartbeat. Two hung over a longer table would be gorgeous, and it would be a real statement piece in a little girl's nursery or bedroom if ceiling height allowed.

There's very little natural light in the room, so this fixture adds just the right amount. One of the fixtures did have two broken crystals but luckily they come with extras, just in case. I'd say it's a great value!

I did decide to keep it because it is gorgeous and I put it in my bathroom and I am so happy I did. I do have a large bathroom with high ceiling and I do have a large bedroom with very high ceilings. So I must say I recommend this item for everyone because it is gorgeous.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exquisite. We live in a 1000 sq ft apartment downtown in the heart of the city. Lighting is at a premium for our inside dining room. (No windows there, although one entire wall is mirrored.) This chandelier is perfectly sized and the light it throws is simply exquisite. We have it on a dimmer and leave the light on all evening on a low level. It throws small shadows on the ceiling -- and, oh, it's just heavenly.
