After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Great looking headboard!The headboard is well made and shipping was on track with the predicted shipping date.
My only suggestion is the shipping box should not be bound with large staples; they almost ripped the headboard's fabric when removing from the carton - suggest gluing the flaps closed.

Beautiful, classic, very good priceI searched for a headboard for my mother-in-law suite for a while. I needed something that matched the decor but was also classic enough to repurpose in other rooms in the future. I ordered a few fabric samples and found one that matched the room perfectly.
I was pleased that I could order a custom headboard for such a great price. This headboard looks like it easily could have come from a high-end store, for a much higher price. Installed beautifully and with ease, and seems sturdy.
The only draw-back is that the matching (custom) bed skirt seems a bit pricey to me. So, that's something to consider if you want to order both the headboard and the bedskirt. But in terms of the headboard itself, I give it top ratings.

I love my headboardI ordered a queen headboard with silver nailheads in a Suzanne Kessler's linen mineral fabric. I think this is a great headboard. Very attractive, well made, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend!!

Quality product but non standard sizeThe workmanship on the upholstery and quality of the fabric are both wonderful. I’m happy overall. However, the fact that it doesn’t fit a standard metal bed frame is frustrating. We needed to get hardware to make it work but more importantly, one side sticks out about an inch and is unsightly.

Product is well made.I wish I had procured a fabric sample. It was a denim, dark grayish black and cream. I thought it was more black and white. I have sumbrella fabric that is black and white or off white and was disappointed that it did not match that. Silver brads are just on a string. Not individually inserted. Even with all of this, it looks great. Easy to assemble and use.

Very nice headboard!The upholstered headboard was as I hoped; very well made and I love that it is adjustable. After searching other websites, I found this price very reasonable, especially for the quality.
The only issue I have is that it's made from MDF board and very difficult to drill the pilot holes into the legs in order to attach them to the bedframe. My drill bit turned to carbon and broke off. It was hard using a screwdriver to install the screws.

Nice headboard - Color selection?I love the headboard and would recommend it. However, I would be VERY careful when selecting the fabric. I accidentally picked the incorrect fabric because the names of the 2 fabrics where very similar (linen blanc vs linen parchment) and looked similar in the online picture so I did not get what I thought I had ordered and could not return it. :(
I have learned to love the accidental choice. :)

Difficult to installWe purchased a King-Sized Camden Untufted Headboard with nailheads. The nailheads on the left side of the headboard were not fully attached. We had to send the item back to be repaired as it was a special order. When we received the repaired headboard the nailheads were fully attached, but THE HARDWARE PACKET WAS MISSING FROM THE SHIPMENT. We had waited long enough for the headboard so we purchased the necessary hardware to complete the installation. It took 3 people approximately 3 hrs to complete the installation, as the headboard is heavy and awkward to hold and adjust with just 2 people. I wish Ballard included a more detailed instruction manual with the packaging and of course, ensure the HARDWARE is in every package! Overall, it is a beautiful piece, but quite a headache from the beginning...
