Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Bed I purchased two of these in twin and used COM for my son's room. They look really cute and are very sturdy. The metal support rails were NOT fun to screw in, and they make me never want to move, but at least they'll be sturdy, too. One thing to note: the proportions for the twin size are different than pictured on the web, and the 'humps' look more pronounced and higher in relation to the rest of the bed. I prefer the look as pictured, but they look great as is, too. And, to confirm, these beds accommodate a mattress only. Overall very happy with cute beds at a nice price point!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful bed but needs more support I bought a king size untufted camden bed with nailhead trim upholstered in linen oatmeal. The bed and its stylish legs... it's gorgeous. And the fabric was exactly what I wanted and it doesn't easily stain. I love how I can pick and choose the look of my bed. My only complaint/disappointment is that the bed only comes with 3 wooden slats to hold up a KING size mattress... (which they forgot to deliver the first time and had to do a 2nd delivery) The website doesn't inform you how many slats support the bed and I forgot to even inquire about it with Customer Service. If you are ever purchasing a bed from Ballard's, see if you can get more than 3 slats! (doesn't most bed come with eight???)
