Solidly built and beautiful!We got this in the spa blue color, and it's absolutely gorgeous. More than that, this has solid construction. No wobbly, cheap table here! The chairs and table both sit solid. We got the medium size table and two chairs, and it's so fun to eat on the porch with my husband- whether it's lunch, a glass of wine- or by myself with an afternoon ice tea or latte. A truly delightful purchase that makes my life a wee bit lovelier!

This set is charmingLove the set- I have it on a small balcony off my bedroom, which is all white and light-
overlooking a garden and it is perfect. Have had it for a month- the area gets lots of weather and sun, and think it will hold up very well to the elements. It is small, and charming. very happy!

High Quality and great French Cafe look!!I searched many many hours on the internet for just the right bistro looking set! Some looked too cheap, others way too expensive! This is an excellent high quality set. Very well packed and sent quickly. All I had to do was unpack, unfold and set up! NO assembly required at all. Nice, simple with clean lines and the French cafe look I was searching for.

Cute, classy, comfortableHaven't put it out on the rooftop terrace yet....still winter. BUT, I have set it up and this cafe set is just as pictured, came packaged very well, and looks really GREAT. I actually didn't expect the chairs to be as comfortable as they are. Looks and comfort....doesn't get any better. Thanks so much for offering a quality product. Can't wait for spring.

Perfect!I bought the cafe set to go on a small deck off of my kitchen. It arrived extremely well packaged, with no assembly required (rare these days!). Perfect condition, no knicks or scratches. The chairs are surprisingly comfortable and sturdy. I ordered the gray color which is a lovely neutral, it appears to be well finished. Because there's no cushions to get damp at night, I find myself taking my coffee out to sit at my little cafe table and enjoy the morning far more, a quick swipe with a towel takes care of any wet seats. I would highly recommend this set.

Great value and styleFor the low price asked, this three-piece set is well made, simple and yet stylish. The metal seats do, of course, heat up in the sun, but a couple cushions will take care of that. I shopped around a fair amount before I bought... this is a great value.

Sturdy construction and great design.I placed this set on a terrace overlooking a lake. I love having my morning coffee there as well as a glass of wine at sunset. I also love the look of it from the lake.. It is well made...very sturdy. I bought cushions for the chairs and that makes it very comfortable to sit for a longer period.
I'm ready to buy another set for a lower patio as my grandchildren love to have lunch "al fresco."

Perfect for courtyardThe set was packaged well and no assembly required. It looks great--the perfect Parisian cafe look I was aiming for! The chairs are also more comfortable than I thought they would be. My only concern is how long it will hold up. The table seems as though it could dent easily and the paint on the top of the chairs was slightly chipped when the set arrived. I do like that it has an opening for an umbrella pole and the price is reasonable. Overall I really like this set!!

cute and functionalWe've been looking for something that would fit on our back porch and this set fits the bill perfectly! The table is just big enough for two (to eat a meal) and is fabulous for one to spread out some work. The set is well constructed and the placement of the legs give sturdiness, but also must be kept in mind when sitting down and getting up (a knee bump could upend the table).

Cheap peeling and rusting, no touch up paintThese are cheaply made and both table and chairs have bubbling paint, peeling paint and rusting. Ballard does not have touch up paint to match and the color we got (spa) is virtually unmatchable. not worth the price.

Poor qualityI bought this set in 2015; in 2016 I needed the chairs replaced which Ballard Design graciously did. They were on our deck and stored inside for the winters. Today I took them out and there is the start of rust on the chairs. Very disappointed!

Does NOT Hold Up in Direct SunlightI wasn't sure exactly where to put this review as it is for the entire Cafe collection, so I just picked the place where people would be most likely to see it. I purchased multiple pieces of the Cafe collection in the green color and was SO excited about it. It is sturdy, attractive, and a great value (I thought). I put the furniture out on my deck in May and it is now October...and the color has COMPLETELY faded from every surface that was in direct sunlight. This wasn't a consideration when I bought the product, but I wish someone had stated this in the reviews I read before I bought it because I might have tried harder to cover these up when not in use or perhaps put them in a shadier area. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with these now. They are an ugly washed out yellowish-green color and I am very disappointed. I can't speak for the black...but the green was a mistake.

poor quality, rusts easilyOrdered this set for balcony; super cute like in the photos HOWEVER, the quality is very poor. First set delivered and easy to assemble. After a few weeks chairs rusted and one broke when a guest (very skinny) sat on it due to the screw being rusted. Ballard sent a new set of chairs and took the old ones back. A very simple process. However second set of chairs also did the same thing. No point in further exchange as this product appears to be poor quality all around that rusts easily. Do NOT recommend purchase.
