What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Great purchase!Great rug for under my dining room table (sand color), I also have the sand color runner in the master bath. As other reviewers have mentioned, it is a rather large repeat on the pattern on the larger rug. Yes, it is thin and a rug pad is highly recommended… it feels much better under foot with the pad and protects the wood floors! Very durable and beautiful with many compliments! My daughter has the largest size (in ivory) in her nursery… that is how I first found this rug! Having the ‘sand’ color gives a little more subtle variation in the rug pattern and tho’ it is a light color rug, it’s not as light as the solid ivory color. Love, love, love!

So much nicer that I expected!This is so nice! You would never know it was an indoor/outdoor rug— it looks like a way more expensive traditional indoor rug. Texture is also surprisingly soft. (We chose it because of the reviews about how well it cleans after pet accidents, but no accidents yet) Love it!

Perfect finish to my new home office!The rug arrived quickly and has proven to be just what I needed in my Home office! Fair warning that it’s not super soft under foot but I used a premium rug pad for it and the durability is what I needed. I have a doggo that always wants to be in their with me. It hit all the marks I needed for my room. The light color brightens the entire room!

Best outdoor rug ever!I have owned many outdoor rugs and this one is the best! It is outside in the elements and has held up great. It dries out quickly without any water stains, keeps it shape, repels dirt and looks as good as new everyday. Nice subtle pattern and neutral color works with any decor, too!

Durable and Attractive !We got this rug for a very heavily used room - high traffic area with 3 dogs in the house. It's beautiful and easy to care for. Laid flat within hours, vacuums well and camouflages dog hair. The gray color blends well with other colors in the room. We love it !
