Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

When they arrived I realized they are actually a bargain since they are so beautiful and are of a high quality fabric with a great texture. I love how they dress up the windows in our new family/media room without being too formal. Bought some throw pillows to match- perfect look with our chocolate sectional.

Beautiful drapes...quick delivery...I also purchased the Burlap fringed bed-skirt which goes together nicely with the drapes. I never before ordered furniture from Ballard but I was completely happy with the Louis bed and foot-board I ordered. The construction and old world finish is excellent. The bed is much nicer in person. I will be shopping with Ballard again soon.

I have them in my breakfast area (with the burlap chandelier cord cover) and in the adjacent living room, I have Ballard's chocolate fringe burlap curtains. They compliment each other well! If I had to find one negative, it would just be that these are so fabulous that they were on backorder forever. But once they arrived, they were great.

The quality is excellent. The embroidery gives them a dressier feel. The bottoms are weighted so they puddle beautifully at the bottom.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality Drapes! I fell in love when I first saw these, but then I saw the price (reason for 4/5 stars)! But, I saved up and bought 2 panels. I was nervous I would need 4 to cover my sliding glass doors, however, the panels are so thick and lengthy that 2 was plenty! So, the cost sort of worked out! Also, the damask design appears very white in the image, however is a very pretty ivory/beige in person. I've attached my image. I added burlap ties around them as well. Def. purchase!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall very pretty I really do love the curtains and they look very good up. However for the price they did not come with tie backs - very annoying and disapointing. Also the design is not in the same placement on every panel. The design is off about three inches from the top seam line so when hung there is a noticable difference in the pattern. Fortunately of the six panels I purchased I managed to get each window about the same. Again for the price annoying. Also these look much better in person than in the picture.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from They looked nice but weren't the right length I ordered 1 panel and loved it. It was the perfect length, and it looked great in the room. I then ordered the remaining 3 panels, and the length of those panels ranged between 94-95 1/4 inches. Looking at all 4 panels together, it was clear that they were different lengths. I returned the 3 panels and ordered 3 more. Same problem. I returned the next set of panels and ordered 3 more. Same problem. I finally just gave up and sent them all back.
