Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries


  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful fountain I'm giving this fountain 5 stars even though there are a few issues. The uniqueness of this fountain makes it worth it. It is beautiful, whimsical and the wood actually looks pretty realistic. The base can be filled with sand and has been very sturdy, even in our heavy winds here in Texas. The cons are the bath has an on-again-off-again leak. It seems to happen when I clean it - it seeps out of the bottom. And then it will stop. I plan on coating it with a bird-safe sealant. The other issue is that after the bath is screwed on it isn't even. I fixed this with a few rocks underneath to tilt it, and it is unnoticable. The depth is good - about 2 inches. I purchased a separate solar paneled fountain which is great. The only drawback on that is that I can see it over the top of the fountain. But at least it tells me when it needs to be filled! It took awhile for the birds to find it, but now it is a joy to see them dipping their heads in for a drink, or taking a bath. The deer also find it refreshing. Overall, a great purchase and worth the extra money

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs better paint on the bath This is my replacement, and it seems to be holding up. I did paint it with a bird-safe paint to seal it - two coats both top and bottom - and it is working very well. It also screwed on straight this time - no lopsided leaning, so that is an improvement. I'm only giving it three stars because it should come with a good paint coat for the price you pay.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bunny Williams birdbath Within 6 weeks, over half the top gad peeled. I called and talked to someone twice. They were to report it and I would get an email or call. Neither happened. I ended up painting it with an outdoor paint then putting a roof sealer on it. I really like the look of the birdbath and have had a lot of compliments. So far, it is holding up to the water.
