You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Oversized Handling Fee - $20-$40 per item

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from BW Alsace Tabletop Tree My tabletop trees arrived today. They look very pretty but the measurements listed in specifications are inaccurate. The tall tree measures approx. 18 inches (large), 14 inches (medium), and 12 inches (small) versus 25, 18 and 12 inches as specified. Also, each tree require 2 AA batteries versus 3 AAA as specified. I would have preferred the specified measurements for the cost.

You either cut them on/off every day - and dislodge some parts of the little glass bits every time - or leave them on nail he batteries run out. Super inconvenient. They’re pretty enough, but if I’d known then what I know now, I would not have spent so much money for all 3!

If it'd been only one or two, I'd have tried to re-glue them or just chalk it up to attrition that happens on these type of decorations. Sadly, I found them beyond repair.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Such a disappointment. Looks as though sugar crystals glued to a cone surrounded with a very slim, sparse wire of lights. They were left in the box... and never displayed. A terrible waste of money. Cheap and tacky looking!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from SO disappointed! Big disappointment! The little plastic "crystals" on the tree are nowhere near as abundant as they appear in the photo. Perhaps it is because so many of them had fallen off when I received the trees. Anticipating that more would fall off - I will return the tree. The photos are quite misleading. Given the price and the quality I don't recommend at all.
