I am considering getting another set of four so that we have enough to use when we have people over.

Eating on them still feels like a special treat after this time. In addition, my school age children typically do the dishes and these have had plenty of opportunity to break but I've only found a small chip on one of them. They are durable and beautiful and go very well with Ballard's Cafe collection.
