We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

Beautiful and comfortable!I’m so happy with my purchase. It has completely changed up the look of my kitchen and overall open space living are. It almost looks like a new kitchen since we also painted it a new color. I was concerned it could overwhelm the space and make it look smaller, but it actually makes it look bigger/cleaner. Everyone loves it and we are using are dining table probably 50% more now that we have this set up. It was also delivered very fast - probably a month or more ahead of the original estimate I received. Pictur is after we painted and before other wall art back up - but you still get the idea. Love it!!!

Kitchen update!Absolutely love my new Bristol set. Have been thinking about it for the last several years and finally made the decision to order after going to the Tampa gallery and seeing it in-person and picking out my fabric. It is very high quality and gorgeous. I also ordered four chairs to match. There was a delay due to the fabric being on backorder—but well worth the wait. Love it!

Beautiful and comfortable banquetteI bought this banquette and picked out the Amal coral fabric for our breakfast nook. It was delivered much sooner than I expected and it is a perfect and beautiful fit. It was expertly upholstered and the seat is firm, yet comfortable. We paired it with the Sidney 42" dining table. It is our new favorite spot in the house.

Nice qualityI am very pleased with this sectional. I purchased for my new home and everybody comments on the style. It is very comfortable and I haven't had it long but it sits like a very well made piece. I would most definitely recommend this piece to anyone. Love the fabric I chose to!

Very well made and comfortableThe seats are firm but very comfortable and perfect for a small dining table. I have been looking for this type of seating for my breakfast nook for a long time and this one is perfect. I love it! You also get to choose your fabric/pattern...it's wonderful!

Worth The WaitI ordered this product in October and due to its custom nature, it did not arrive until the end of December. I was so excited to finally receive it and it was SO worth the wait. Being custom designed, I was unsure of how all the elements/options would look together but it is perfect. The quality is top of the line and it's exactly what I was looking for to finish off my dining room. It makes for a classic-looking and very cozy seating area for my guests of all shapes and sizes. Looking forward to many more orders from Ballard.

Bristol SectionalI recently purchased this sectional because I wanted to turn my dining area into a more multifunctional area. I really like this sectional. It is comfortable and the right height for my table. Nice fabric too...my only hesitation about the sofa is the fabric that I picked has a pattern and the three pieces do not line up exactly but close.

Texture and shade of material was not what I thought it would be.The pieces do not line up together as I wish they did.Was glad the delivery guys took items out of boxes because we could not have done it on our own. wish you had free white glove delivery.
