Great!I ordered this in the Sunbrella Canvas Taupe for my breakfast nook. I haven't had it for very long but it appears well made and it's a great piece to build the rest of the room off of. Definitely order swatches before you order! There are some that look completely different than they did online so I'm glad that I did. Very excited to finish my nook and very happy with Ballard as usual!

Love this furniture!Ordered this corner unit to complete an area off my kitchen to create an eating and extra seating area for the family as it tends to be the gathering place when we get together. It fit perfectly. Ordered it with a sunbrella fabric for easy cleaning with grandkids and the patterns were perfectly matched on each piece. I completed it with your round table in gray wash and both my husband (who was very skeptical) and I were thrilled with the quality. He said "you lucked out with this order" and I said " nope, researched it carefully and it's Ballard and their quality is great". It went on sale a few days after I ordered it and I called Ballard and they happily credited my account the difference. Only suggestion is to have clips or hooks to hold pieces together as they slide easily apart as it sits on tile. Other than that, perfect. Thank you Ballard!

Just as I hoped for....I just received this three piece set. The cloth I chose was the linen gray. I chose the legs to be in the dove gray as I thought they'd still be somewhat brown, but they are a whitish gray. I'll be staining them soon. The set came well packed and no damages were found. I believe I will enjoy this furniture! Now onward to find a table, rug, and wall décor.

Beautiful Sectional SeatingThe sectional seating is just beautiful! It is also made very well, and is very comfortable. I chose the sunbrella material in the Azure Blue color- very vibrant. Also, the material is very easy to clean, just as indicated. My husband and I just love having this in our kitchen nook versus a table with 4 chairs.

High quality, durable and looks greatWe really like the sectional and are very happy with the purchase. In some areas, the fabric is pulled so tight that it is on a slight diagonal instead of straight ... but it's still lovely, and mostly noticeable on the back, which we don't see. The cushions are very firm, so I'll probably put a thrown on them to sit. But we do love it and are so happy to have a little coffee nook in a formerly empty room. It's hard to keep the dog off it, she loves to nap on it, but it's indoor/outdoor fabric and seems very durable.

Nice but the size...Very nice piece and arrived sooner than I thought so I was pleased. Only one very important precaution---the banquette is wider/longer than stated. According to the specifications it should be 62 inches wide but it is more than that. My opening along one wall is exactly 63 inches but I had to do some serious pushing and kicking to get it to fit in there. So you should probably add about an extra inch and a half to the stated dimensions (probably due to fabric and filling on the sides).

Looks great, but needs practical improvementI love the look of the banquette. It seems sturdy and is comfortable. It's a bit deep for dining, I use pillows if I want to lean back. But the most frustrating thing is that the designers have given no thought as to how to hold the pieces together. They slide apart when you sit in them. I thought I'd be able to use small c-clamps to join the bases but the bottom is covered with fabric, so you can't. I tried using rubber cups under the legs, but to get them all lined up perfectly is an exercise in massive frustration. There should be some kind of snaps or velcro or clamps built in so they can latch on to one another.
Visually, it really perks up the room and makes the most of a small space. Practically, it has room for improvement.

Bristol Bench Fits Great!I spent a long time looking for the perfect "thing" to fit in the corner of my dining room that would also give me more seating. I found the perfect "thing." I purchased the corner bench with two 36 inch side benches. I definitely recommend to everyone, get the swatches. The color and fabric are all different and look different in person versus the website. I am happy with this purchases with the exception of two things. The legs of the benches were scuffed, had dried glue all over them, and some of the wood was dented. The one side bench had a dark line going down it, on the side that you see and sit on. My pattern is light so it is noticeable. The delivery company Ballard used was not great either with this experience. My delivery was scheduled for 3pm - 7pm Friday. I received a call that Friday morning at 9:30am. The truck was outside of my house and dropping the dining bench off outside. My roommate, by chance, was home. I contacted the company through their "contact form" on their website (you can not call), and never heard back. I've ordered many items from Ballard Design. I am always pleased. This is my first custom made item and I was just a little disappointed in the craftmanship of the
dining bench and the delivery.

Want to love it but ....I want to love this sectional banquette but there are some issues. I paid for custom upholstery. The fabric itself is lovely it the craftsmanship was shoddily done. Exposed staples, untucked edges, drips of stain on the legs. Also, no clips to connect the pieces came with the banquette so the pieces slide all over. I am going to have to purchase clips on my own and install them. For the cost, poor work should never be allowed to go through and basic attachment points shouldn't be something a customer seeks on there own! I've had issues with other furniture from BD and will never be purchasing from them again.
