Perfect cozy diningWe bought the Lemonde dining table first and then the banquette seating. Definitely order the fabric swatches before making this purchase because the textures and colors need to be seen in person. The seating is comfortable and we are enjoying this arrangement. It arrived much sooner than expected.

Also, the controversy of "do I eat on the coach or table is solved! Dining room feels like a coffee house now. In love with this sectional!Ordered the sectional less than a month ago with Sunbrella fabric. Just received it today. I am in LOVE! The delivery was perfectly done. On time, fast and friendly. Great sofas for the kitchenThese are great benches/sofas for the kitchen. The delivery time was a promised and the customer service was very good. The benches are comfortable, well made, and very attractive. The only negative is that there is no way to "connect" the bench pieces, so they move apart from each other. This is definitely a design flaw and should be improved. Otherwise, they are great, and we love them.

First and last time shopping with BallardThis is a nice piece of furniture, no doubt (or should I say "pieces" plural, since they don't fasten together)—but I am very disappointed in my entire first experience ordering from Ballard. When I placed my order, the estimated delivery was 3 months. On the estimated delivery date, I had to email to check on my order since there had been no updates. They then moved the estimated delivery out another month. And then on that estimated delivery date, it was going to be another 3 weeks for shipping. I finally received the banquette, however it came with no way to fasten the 3 sections of furniture together. I reached out to customer service and they suggested I use rubber bands to connect the legs together. This is an expensive (definitely overpriced) piece of furniture, and I should keep it together with rubber bands? I'm disappointed to say the least. Won't be shopping here again.

Squeaky seatsAfter owning these for the last 3 years, daily use in our kitchen nook, the seats squeak! Like the way a vinyl seat squeaks upon sitting or adjusting. Not the backing, just the seats.

Looked good but did not lastI bought this about 5 years ago and it looked great and fit the kitchen corner perfectly. Unfortunately the foam compressed a lot within a year or so and then the entire frame just broke on one side. If there was a weight limit for this that was exceeded I don’t know. I never saw it in any of the specs. Extremely disappointing to pay this much and have it be unusable within 3-4 years.

Fabric does not hold wellWe purchased the Bristol nook couch to shape like a U around our table. 5 pieces, the fabric was not aligned right on the curve it did not line up with the pattern I chose. Then I received a new reupholstered one and the foot wood was chipped. The chip was on wall side, so you can't see it, so I kept it like that, because I did not want to be without the piece again. The fabric always looks dirty since the beginning and does not clean well. They can not make a slip cover to fit over my existing upholstered couch. What is the purpose of a slip cover then? This company is not very accommodating. Expensive piece of furniture to be unsatisfied with fabric quality and damaged.
