After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Service elevator restrictions

Absolutely love it!After wanting banquette seating in my kitchen for years, I finally pulled the plug and couldn't be more delighted.. It is well made and takes my kitchen to another level. We find ourselves sitting around the table more and talking. I looked everywhere and Ballard had the nicest options; pricier... but worth it for the customized size and upholstery options.

Glad I didn't hesitate!I've never order a piece of furniture online--there's always the question about sending it back if something's wrong or if I didn't like it. So I circled around this dining bench for a long time before finally clicking "purchase". But I'm so glad I got it! It's comfortable, sturdy, and beautifully upholstered. Love it! I love that there's matching material available. I re-uphostered the seats of some chairs I have, so it all looks coordinated.

Great fit for our playful dining roomWe LOVE our new Bristol Bench! I was nervous to take the plunge on the bright yellow stripe as it was such the commitment for color, but when it arrived we knew it was perfect. The quality of the upholstery is awesome not to mention how I love the gray stained legs. Nice job Ballard! (not the best pics, but I was so excited to review I didn't style the shots!)

Happy customerI absolutely love these benches. I ordered two benches and two of the matching Bristol chairs for my dining room, because I'd been searching everywhere for something a bit different to the usual. After I picked out the material I wanted for the seats and the finish for the legs, I was very anxious to see how it would turn out --I am, by no means, an expert decorator! But I needn't have worried. My order actually arrived earlier than expected, beautifully upholstered and in very thorough packaging to save them from damage. Overall very impressed. (the rug in my photo is also from Ballard)

Well-made, beautiful benchWe ordered this sofa in the Bristol Stone fabric for our kitchen nook and it is absolutely gorgeous. It is well made and very comfortable. We paired it with a round, marble French bistro table and it completely upgraded our kitchen. My only concern is that the fabric does not seem as 'hearty' as described and I worry about long-term wear for a piece we sit on multiple times a day. Time will tell and in the meantime, we are very pleased.

The material and structure.The look is warm yet classy; fabric soft but it's also delicate. The sunbrella helps but if there's any food stain, the act of careful rubbing or dabbing can pill the material. Also the benches aren't flush. There's a bit of a gap between pieces. The padding was wonderful when the benches arrived but have already begun to break down in certain places where use is regular.

Nice-ish.Bench is nice. 72” was part of my three-piece order. The only thing that I’m concerned about is the wear the bench is showing already in the seat of bench. The fabric (Sunbrella graphite) already has pulling/stretching wear, and we have not yet used this bench much (considering we are awaiting the delivery of our kitchen table). However, within the month(?) that we have had it, there are seat stretches within the bench.
We are healthy people, not overweight, and truly have not used the bench much. And considering we received this bench during a quarantine, it’s not like we have entertained, this leading to more wear and tear.
Also, there is no way to connect these benches together, in order to keep them from separating on our tile kitchen floor. I called BD to inquire if they offered a product in which I could connect the pieces in order to make sure they do not separate. Customer service suggested I use a rug.

Very thin fabric.The bench looks beautiful but the quality is just ok. The fabric is very thin and there are a few loose spots at the bottom of the bench as if it were upholstered hastily. It's not very well-made and the cushion will not be able to withstand every day use while still holding shape. It's very cute but I would not recommend it for a room that will be used often.
