We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Fees

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from High end custom look, great everyday durability Bought in July as part of three piece banquet, delivered in Sept, so while not quick, it was ideal, custom fit for my space. I had been looking for a year for just the right solution to fit our kitchen. Considered built in and other pieces, once I saw these in store, got fabric samples - I was sold. And yes I ‘tested’ fabric samples of the performance fabric, wine, smudges, etc. Only draw back - there is not an option for these pieces to lock together. Was almost a deal breaker for me- and I did have to do research to find an after market fix. In any frequently used space... or On a kitchen floor this would never work with out pieces being attached together. After market fix while not perfect, does the job. Would be a serious upgrade for Ballard to simply add the option.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality I purchased three of these benches (2 of the 48” and 1of the 36”) in 2016 for the dining nook of my kitchen remodel. They arrived and stayed boxed for about a month before being placed in the kitchen. Within a few weeks, one of the 48” benches started squeaking. It didn’t take long before all the benches started squeaking/squealing. I’ve been living with this sound for almost 2 years and it’s becoming quite unbearable. At this point, all the benches squeak terribly every time anyone sits down or moves around on one, and it’s not a subtle sound. They are also very unsupportive and uncomfortable to sit on. We are not large people, nor hard on the furniture but we do gather in the kitchen and use these seats quite a bit. They look nice but clearly not well constructed for the price.
