We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

The fabric selected was not something that I would normally choose, but my Ballard Design Consultant, Diane, at the King of Prussia store, made the recommendation and I'm very happy with the final result!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very nice pieces I ordered the corner bench, 20", and 36" benches to fit in my breakfast nook. They are beautiful pieces and look custom. The benches do slide around on the hardwood floors, so I added grippers onto the bottom of the feet. I just wish the basketweave gray was darker like shown in the picture. I didn't order any samples and they gray is much lighter than I was expecting. It blends with our table... a little disappointing, but they still look great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great Investment I bought the 36” banquette set for my dining room and loved it so much that I bought an additional 2 48” benches for a “booth” in my kitchen nook. They have provided my family many hours of comfortable conversation, homework, and reading spaces for many years. Not to mention my pups favorite lounge space at the corner bench. Unfortunately, they are showing their wear. I have repurchased the slip covers over the years and am DEVASTATED that they are no longer available. What a mess this presents!! I am very disappointed in Ballard for discontinuing an item that you clearly can’t replace on a whim. Ballard items are always well made and you get what you pay for, but having to buy a new bench is just not an option for many who have already made the investment. I am a long time customer with many, many of their pieces and may be faced with having to replace them, but I’ll think twice about purchasing from this brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality I bought this and 2 of the 48” benches for a my kitchen remodel. Within a few weeks the benches began squeaking. The squeaking quivkly became worse and now after less than two years it’s quite loud on all three benches. Every time anyone sits, moves, or even places a hand down they squeak. They are also not very supportive or comfortable. I have learned how to sit on them (not for very long) but when I first got them I would get terrible back pain due to the lack of support. We are not large people, nor are we rough on the furniture. I love the way these look, but it is not worth the price tag as they are clearly inferior quality. I’m so disappointed.
