Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love these dishes but there is one item the consumer needs to know. These dishes are lovely and exactly what I wanted. I ordered one set of all four colors. However, I noticed after just a short period of use that some of the plates were warped. The warping was very noticeable when they were stacked. I had recently moved and thought perhaps it was a new dishwasher issue. I contacted BD, sent a photo, and they offered to refund or replace the dishes. They could not have been more accommodating. I opted for replacement but had not saved my packing. BD shipped me the new ones and allowed me to use that packing to return the old ones at their expense. When I opened the new dishes, however, some of them were warped as well. Between the two sets of 16, I was able to piece together a set with which I am satisfied. I felt the need to write this review because if you are seeking perfection in each piece, you may be disappointed. What you will not be disappointed in, however, is BD's customer service.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very ordinary I have ordered china from Ballard before and was pleased so I thought this china would meet my expectations.I ordered the gray and cream.When I unwrapped it,the cream looked very white and ordinary.The gray had little crackles where the stem on the mug attaches to the mug.Both sets of mugs had something smeared on them near the stems which almost looked like glue. I decided right then that I didn't want to keep them so back they went.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Recommended with caution I do love our new dishes. Bought them because the colors are perfect for my decor. There are three big HOWEVERS for anyone considering these. First, these dishes seem to have a finish that is a bit soft. I say this because the use of a knife to cut a simple piece of meat can leave scratch marks on the dishes that will not come out. These marks show especially on the white dishes. Second, the dishes are thin. So if you are one who treats dishes with any degree of roughness, take caution. Third, and this is the least important, Ballard has their logo stamped on the bottom of the dishes in black. This stamp literally melts off after several runs through a dish washer. It begins to distort, then looks like a black blob, then finally washes away. I only hope the substance is not doing damage to the dishwasher. All that said, they are lovely, the colors soothing. Recommended with caution.

Unfortunately after just two months use the white Dishes are showing scratches from butter knives that cannot be removed. poor quality, think twice before purchasing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beautiful dishes but WARP and chip too easily I bought 4 of these sets in white, taupe and aqua. They are all beautiful colors. But I have gone back to Ballard 4 times now each time with warped dishes - they do not sit flat on top of each other and the dishes chip from small things way too easily. We had our first set of dishes (from another store) for 18 years, I don't think these will last 5. They look nice, but are not quality I'd expect from a $15 plate.

I am extremely disappointed with this product. I have bought other outdoor patio things and furniture from Ballard and never been so disappointed. Buyer beware...
