Rated 5 out of 5 by MarinaGal from Fit perfectly Fit perfectly in the corner of my small kitchen, added enough length to bench to make the seating area feel large and well placed. The back of the bench adds some heft to the whole seating area, it feels like a sofa, grounded and strong, rather than a lightweight bench. Love it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by TXHomeowner from Nice but arrived damaged This corner bench seems well-constructed with quality parts. It was heavy to move! But, one side of the bench was damaged, maybe before it left the warehouse since it was packed well with Styrofoam and cardboard. That makes me wonder if the quality of the wood used to construct the bench cannot hold up to the weight put on it. I so wanted to have the bench for my kitchen redesign, and I wish I could have kept it since it is otherwise a beautiful design. I decided to return it since two other benches I ordered along with this one also arrived with damage. The return process was easy, and I won't have to pay additional shipping to have them returned. I hope Ballard Designs will create other benches in the future that might work out for me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by SherryV from Too low It’s great to connect the benches on each side but no one can really sit there. Also all the benches are very low compared to a chair, even with the cushions, so eating at a normal height table is awkward.

I had hoped it would open up to storage also in one direction, but it doesn't. also, overall, i wished the back of the bench was 100% vertical and not at an angle. it's too big to fit in the space I had hoped for. It still looks very nice. The pillows which are necessary for it to be comfortable would have worked without the back being slanted. also the pillows can tie down on the benches but not on the corner making the corner pillows sliding around a bit. The paint was chipped at the seams but it gets covered by the pillows.

Rated 3 out of 5 by LHTX from Corner seat No storage features. Just for show. The side pieces separate away from it easily as they do not attach. Tricky to make it the same height as other pieces with the small adjustable feet underneath when it is in place in the corner. Like really hard.
