Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

The white is a bit creamier in-person. My only issue is the durability of the tassels. They are heavy, and despite relatively light use, I am noticing the threads connecting them to the duvet thinning rather quickly. None have fallen off yet, but I’m not hopeful they will last long without intervention.

They look perfect and coordinate with just about any color or style. The only negative is that they do wrinkle easy.

In the catalog, the indigo tassels and stripe almost looked black, but in person they are a dark navy which works well in my bedroom. I thought I might lop off the tassels before I ordered the set, but once it arrived and I had it on my bed, I really liked the added touch they provide. The fabric is heavy weight and therefore does not wrinkle easily if seated upon. Good choice!

The linen fabric is gorgeous and well made. The tassels are substantial and won't pull off or unravel. Unfortunately, the fabric is off-white and natural tan and the tassels on my set are stone and will have to go back.
