After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

Gorgeous solid bookcaseAfter looking at this bookcase for 6 months, I finally caved in and bought 1 to see how it looks. It arrived professionally by their shipping carrier and they even delivered it into my house. Once unboxed by my hubby an I (which was pretty easy), I was so pleased with the quality, color, design, and how solid it was! I bought the black and its so beautiful. Just dusted it off and used a wood cleaner on the top to shine the top since its exposed in my 2-story great room. If you are exposing the top and are curious if its flat, its NOT a flat top. It dips in a little but its black and perfect to place a vase or decorative item. This bookcase exceeded my picky expectations so much that I bought another one to match side by side my fireplace, Ballard even offered me the same sale price! If you are not sure, like I was for months, trust me - You will not be disappointed in this bookcase! It's a solid beauty!

Bourdonnais Bookcase is striking and well madeThis bookcase arrived in perfect condition and I was very pleased with the finish and craftsmanship. It surpassed my every expectation. I ordered the Belgium Oak finish which is very well applied having a glazed look in the catches of the cabinetry.
