After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Beautiful, quality drapes!I love my new panels as they look beautiful at our family room windows! I was expecting the image to be embroidered on the drape but it is a print. The description says printed so that was my fault. They are still beautiful and very well made!

because buying online you don’t get to feel the material but don’t worry these are quality drapes. When I opened the package I ironed them, they were easily ironed and I hung them up. They filter the light, but still give you enough light in the room if you pair them with sheers. So classy. The design is printed on the material just as described. You really don’t want an embroidered curtain. These drapes are classy and they give you the custom made look without the price. If you were on the fence about this purchase don’t be. Beautiful drapesThese are quality drapes! Very nice material a cream, almost white with gray embossed damask design. Weighted bottom is a plus! Sadly I had to return them as the damask stamping was quite large and did not look right in my room. Wish I could have kept them as they are gorgeous!!

Bought two pairI purchased the gold curtains - two sets - one for my front-facing dining room window and one for my front-facing study/den. I couldn't be happier. I added two sets of sheers in the middle so I could keep them open. They are the nicest curtains I have ever had, and am thinking of ordering the gray ones for our master bedroom. Just love them and get comments a lot. When I say I bought them from Ballard Designs, I get nods and of course you did!

Elegant and excellent qualityI have purchased these panels twice now! We bought a house in 2014 and I found these curtains to work excellently with our Sharkey Grey paint color. I hung on ring clips and they were elegant but livable for our family with 3 kids under 5 at the time!! That house was a French country style with many old features.
We have moved again to a more "normal for growing family" colonial. I bought the curtains again!!!! (Had to leave others at prior home)
They are working very well in our much younger home! Lovey!
But seriously - I've bought 12 of these in the past 3 years as we moved.

Love these curtains!I saw these curtains in a friend's house, and had to have them. They look so expensive and are very well made. What a steal! I ordered the 96 for my kitchen, and almost wish I had gone shorter, but sticking with what I have. I will probably be ordering 4 more panels in the seafoam color for our bedroom. If you're on the fence, just do it!
