What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Terrific Bedside Tables!So happy with these side tables! Only very minor issue is they collect dust rather quickly, so I do have to wiped them down every 2-3 days. Even so, 5 stars! Love them and great price! As always, Ballard hits it out of the park!

Perfect End TablesLove these end tables. Just the right size, just the right color, sturdily built, and pretty without being fussy. No assembly required except to insert the glass top. Highly recommend. Only issue I have is that it doesn't have a back-of-the-sofa console to go with it!

This rattan able was purchased for a sunroom for its size and color, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how sturdy and well made it is. The top glass surface is thick and fits perfectly. The lower shelf is wood that is nicely covered in woven rattan; it holds a heavy Sonos speaker without the least bit of sag. The blue table has a wash of color that is not solid and is very attractive. This is a table with a lot of bang for your buck. It arrived completely assembled and in perfect condition.
