Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Sturdy, easy to put together with a great look and quality. Fits in the spots reserved for them and received complements immediately.

It's a beautiful piece but...I believe it was a bit misrepresented in the description.  I ordered it in the Tuscan Brown.  What I didn't know is that there are BLACK little "scuffs" or "burn marks" if you will on different parts of the table which at first I thought were scratches/dents/dings but after calling Customer Service, I found out were meant to be a "distressed" look.  Nowhere in the description did it say anything about it being distressed, however, if you truly magnify the pics, you can see some of what I'm talking about.  I've actually added some photos as well. Because I like the style of the table, and the hassle it would be to return it, I've decided to keep it although I must say these markings truly bother me.  Again, I have to say that the design is beautiful and unique, however, it would have been much more appealing without these markings on the legs and some sides of the table top as well.  Also, not sure why the markings would be black on a brown table - it just looks so wrong.  :(

Rated 3 out of 5 by from nice but came slightly damaged I first got the longer version of this table for my foyer and loved it, so I decided to get this one as well for another space. this one came with a dent in it (prob 1/2 inch in size)...looked like it had been dropped or perhaps something had landed on it. I didn't want to go thru the hassle of sending it back so I filled it in with some black marker paint. Definitely not as satisfied with this purchase as much as my first.
