Great buy!I bought the Bella Mirror for our guest bathroom about 3 years ago. It is really sturdy, high quality, and beautiful. Yes, it's also heavy! For me that is a plus. The mirror do not move while you clean it and remains in the right place all the time. It really complement the decoration. Now we are remodeling the master bathroom and I can wait to get another Ballard mirror.

Beautiful Mirror Although Really HeavyThis is the 2nd one of these type mirrors I’ve bought from Ballards. Once you own a quality mirror like this one, you can’t go back to lesser quality. BUT, this mirror is SO heavy and I am hanging it on a wall (not using it as a leaner). As long as my husband can hang it securely, and he says he can, I’m good. So I still give it 5 stars because I don’t know where else I could find a mirror this nice!

Beautiful mirror, great price!We just moved into a new home and there was an odd niche above the fireplace. The leaner mirror was the perfect size and looks fantastic. Really nicely made and very heavy. If you are not going to lean it you will need to hire a professional to properly hang it.

Heavy duty, classic and beautifulThis mirror is just as beautiful in-person as it is online. It came packaged perhaps a little too well to ensure that this heavy mirror survived shipping. And yes, it is a very heavy mirror that might take studs to support the weight. The finish was done nicely and evenly. My only thought when opening it was that it was much smaller than I had anticipated. Please check the measurements and be sure it fits your space. I found a different place for it as it wasn't as big as a bathroom mirror as I had expected (but my fault for not taping off the dimensions on my wall first).

As lovely as it is heavy!My husband and I just finished hanging this mirror- WOW- quite a physical challenge!! My husband assumed Super Hero status hoisting it up while I guided each bracket onto the hook while on a ladder.I purchased the Power Hooks when I ordered the mirror after reading many reviewers testimonials to the strength of the hooks for hanging objects up to 150 pounds. You need two for this mirror. Part of the hook is visible when the mirror is hung so my husband painted them to match the wall which camouflages it well. Our mirror is over a chest in our living room that is a matte dull silver/ dull gold wide- stripe finish. The mirror is definitely more gold than silver as many reviews have stated but that works over our chest. It is absolutely beautiful! Would have been best hung by TWO strong men however!!

Bella mirror is gorgeousWhat a fabulous mirror!! I purchased this to hang in my dining room. The antique silver color works very well with my décor. I know some other customers have mentioned that the mirror has more of a gold coloring...I would disagree. I will agree that this mirror is extremely heavy. It definitely took some effort to unpack and to hang securely. Overall...this was an excellent purchase. I'm so happy I decided upon the Bella mirror.

I debated on ordering this mirror because of the amount of brass in my bedroom, however I do have mixed metals as well. I ordered a chandelier for the bedroom from Ballard that is antiqued and it is beautiful. Because of other reviews on this mirror mentioning a gold color in the mirror I ordered it. Beware, the frame on the mirror I received is colored exactly as described by Ballard, silver with antiquing. There is no trace of gold. That being said, how can I fault Ballard for providing EXACTLY as they described.

A statement piece.The mirror arrived in perfect condition and was quickly installed in our master bathroom. The frame is rich looking and the layering of the mirror unique and interesting. I plan to mount it on the wall at some point, but for now it is leaning. The weight of the mirror is significant and holds it in place -- we've experienced no issues with it wanting to slide. Frankly, I didn't expect to like the mirror all that much but now that we have it, I love it. It really adds presence to the bathroom and I've found myself decorating the remainder of the bathroom around the mirror. Thanks Ballard Designs for another great product.
