After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Fabulous bag!I bought the bee tote and several of the crown totes. I stuffed them with gifts at Christmas time. They were a complete hit! They are not only pretty and fashionable; they can handle just about anything you want to carry. Of course I saved one for myself!! The construction of the bag is great and the leather handles make it extra sturdy. Strongly recommend this tote.

Beautiful!I ordered mine in orange and I just love it! I am a teacher and I'm using my tote as my "teacher bag". I personalized it with my name and everyone has a nice comment about it. No one can believe when I tell them what it cost me :)
At first the material seemed to be wrinkled, but it straightened out pretty quickly on its own. The handles are made of a synthetic material (leather look alike) which are not my favorite, but no one seems to notice and I don't mind anymore. To be honest, it is bigger than expected, but that seems to suit me. It has been a great buy! I recommend it 100%

Great versatility and just plain stylish.These bags are simply adorable, and have so many uses. Between last minute snacks for soccer, to pool towels to nibbles for a picnic - it's just durable and versatile enough to be a great all-around bag. And they're classy cute...if that makes sense!? I like the neutral-ness of the tote, so it can be carried for near every occasion.I bought several of the totes around the holildays to give as gifts, and kept one for myself, too! I am carrying it for my day to day tote with things for work, and am soooo glad I got one for me, too! I hope the gift-ees like their totes as much as I do!

Cute but poorly constructedThis is a cute tote bag which was rendered useless when the handles broke. The rivets that hold the handles are cheap. I ordered 5 bags to use as gift bags and three of them either arrived with the rivets falling off or fell off as I was assembling them.
Cute but useless. Too bad.
