If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

The bee motif on the front of the basket is very striking. It adds a wonderful addition to my front room. This basket could be used in a number of ways and in many different rooms. That will be the challenge, which room to use my bee basket in. The finish on the basket is top quality. I was not disappointed when I opened the box and saw this amazing gift.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very attractive and perfect for hiding a plastic file box I love my bee basket -- elegant combination of colors and the perfect size for hiding a plastic file box containing 8'1/2Xll' papers and files. I'll probably buy a second one. I now have a collection of four different painted baskets from Ballard. If more designs were created, I'd happily purchase them.

The Bee Basket provides a perfect backdrop for most all decorating schemes--traditional, transitional, country French or English, arts and crafts. It can work as a magazine holder, decorative flower pot for large specimens, towel holder, or mini-filing container for business folders near a desk with limited filing space-- which I use it for! Thanks Ballard...this is a win.

It looks exactly like the picture in your catalogue. I use it to store magazines and have it in my family room. The price was very reasonable and it goes with a lot of different decor. My Bee Basket sets on my hearth next to the fireplace.

The basket weave cannot support weight and bulk to well. The picture shows logs in it, but I would fear that they would bust right thru eventually.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from it was just ok The basket itself was nice but the bee stamp was cheap looking. It wasn't done well and you can't really tell it is a bee unless you stand back and look at it. I think this is because it appeared to be stamped and since it is woven material the ink only hit the raised parts. If it had been done well they would have gone back and filled in the parts that the stamp didn't reach.
