What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Love it! But buy some parts separatelyIt’s beautiful and seems sturdy and good quality. We bought rope to hang it with instead of using the chains. You do have to buy the hooks/bolts for the ceiling separately. Absolutely love it!

We live in Portland maine in a Queen Anne Victorian home that is 140 years old so we wanted high quality, elegant, and a swing that “fits in”. We couldn’t be happier! Inviting SwingI have a b & b and this swing is a hit on our front veranda! We used colorful pillows, a throw, and a rug and people gravitate to it! I would suggest Ballard Design offer a rope option in lieu of the chains.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!I am in LOVE with this swing. Was skeptical at first because of price, but WOW...SO WORTH IT! It is absolutely beautiful. I also purchased the swing tray table AND the swing cover, which is a must have to keep this swing protected from the Louisiana weather! The swing tray table moves forward and backwards to accommodate whatever position you need and is PERFECT for that glass of wine on the back porch after a long day. The only caveat to the swing is that the cushion covers are NOT removable, so you have to fabric protect them because they are not machine washable. This would be the only thing I wish Ballard would change. Other than that, it is PERFECT!

BEAUTIFUL Swing - Worth the investment!Even my husband who thought this was a "silly purchase" agrees that this swing is one of our most favorite items in our backyard! The quality is is excellent; I was concerned at first that I did not upgrade the cushions, but ones that came with the swing are quality! The swing is very sturdy, and it looks gorgeous! It is wintertime here so my swing is covered (I highly recommend purchasing the cover if you live in a seasonal part of the county), or else I would post a picture. I shopped around a LOT before making this purchase, and this is the best bang for the buck (most swings do not include the cushions), without compromising on quality. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful swing if you decide to purchase. P.S. Unless you are very handy, I would strongly recommend hiring a professional to install; this swing is heavy.
