What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

The crest makes the planter so sophisticated and regal on my patio. I have 2 that flank the entrance to my patio and they enhance everything else nearby. The Beauclair planter is not heavy tho not light weight. It is just right in weight so that I can move it if I want to. If I knew how to upload a photo I would do so, but take my word, these planters are elegant and worth the money. I shopped around before I made this purchase and I am totally satisfied with them. Ballard Designs merchandise is always high quality and top notch.

Love it - bought four!This planter is gorgeous. We got four of the largest size. I'd like to get more over time. I held off for a while, thinking it might be too shiny and look cheap, but not at all in real life. It's big and makes a statement but if you like oversized furniture, it works well.

LOVE IT!!!I ordered two for our balcony. They are lightweight, durable and very roomy due to the large size. Inasmuch as we live on the 15th floor it was very importnt to me that they be lightweight and large enough for some sizaable plants. They were very reasonably priced and exceeded my expectations!
