First, it took over 8 months to receive each of the items. Then, each shipment was missing parts and took 2-3 weeks to arrive even though I was told the missing parts were in stock and a rush order was placed. My latest order was supposed to arrive 6/1-6/10. I just received an email that it won’t be shipped until later in June.. I am so disappointed in Ballard Designs that I will not purchase from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. This is ridiculous!!

They were well-packaged, arrived quickly and in perfect condition, and are lightweight and easy to move into place before planting. I would definitely order again. Very pleased!

I had a banana tree that I needed to transplant for indoors and had so much trouble finding something much larger than what I had; this was expensive but is really nice and was worth the money. Got the blue and it's exactly as pictured. It did have damage on the very bottom corner when I unpacked it, but I let them know and rather than return it, I kept it with a discount which was fair. You really can't see the damage. Note: I had a great deal of trouble finding a square saucer large enough to fit the bottom of this since it is inside and needs to drain. Wish it came with one for this purpose. And yes, that's also a Ballard's rug and curtain in the picture!
