What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Best Address Plaque in my Neighborhood!I watched this plaque over a year and was reticent to buy it because of the price. I searched everywhere for a comparable product, but could not find one with the same quality. I can honestly say that you won't be disappointed. The plaques you see in the home improvement stores look cheap and the quality is poor. When I received the plaque, I realized immediately that it is worth the price! We decided to place it above our garage and it looks fabulous. We truly have the best address plaque in our neighborhood!

sign was better than expectedIn general, sometimes photos dont show the quality of the product and often make them look better. For one, a photo cant tell you how heavy or sturdy it is. This product is better than the photos. It is heavy, not flimsy. The paint job is excellent. The edges are smooth and not poorly cut. It was placed on the mail box "house" and it looks superb. I recommend the quality and appearance of the product.

Excellent qualityI am very impressed with my recent purchase of the two line address plaque. It is very well made, it's heavy-has great substance to it - its nothing like the flimsy plaque that once hung above my front door. The picture that's online of this address plaque doesn't do it any justice. It is just so beautiful and the detail of the beading around the plaque really makes a statement. Overall - it's a great addition to the front of my home. Very happy with this purchase.

Elegant and easy to readI purchased this beautiful yard sign for our long drive because no one could see our house numbers. I placed it at an angle to the drive so that people are able to see it. It is elegant and easy to read from the road. It arrived a week ahead of schedule. It is very heavy and durable. I searched prices at all of the big stores and Ballard had the best price for such a beautiful sign.
