After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Love this rack!I love the look of this rack! It is hanging in our guest bathroom as a towel rack and holds two towels while not extended. It is an off white color rather than white. I didn’t realize that but it’s not that obvious.

2 years.... I finally purchased it!I’ve been wanting this drying rack for two (2) years. I recently stumbled across this drying rack on clearance at the store and immediately purchased it! Luckily it was able to fit in my car and fit perfectly on the exact wall I imagined it on in my mudroom. My husband loves it just as much as I do so far. We hope it holds up well and we are able to us it for many many years.

Awesome drying racking and cute too!!Love this drying rack! This is the second one I’ve purchased for different homes! If I had and complaint I wish it had a bracket or screw hole at the bottom to hold it against the wall. My husband added one but if there was a cut out with cap it would look more finished! I highly recommend!!

Functional and AttractiveI purchased this to replace a long single rod I had hanging overhead in my laundry room. I love that this folds back into the wall when not in use instead of having the rod always hanging overhead. This also looks very fresh and attractive. I bought the one with the separate lower rod at the bottom. I use the lower rod for empty clothes hangers when I am pulling clothes out of the dryer to put right on the hangers. This is very helpful during times when I already have clothes drying on the top rods.

Pretty and PracticalWe are so happy with this purchase. We had ordered the shelf model for my mother's Christmas present and were so impressed with the high quality we decided we wanted one, too. We needed the largest model to suit our needs so we finally ordered it and are not sorry. It fits perfectly in the space we had planned to put it in our laundry room. It holds quite a few garments, especially due to being able to use hangers on the two bottom rods that pull out. We are also impressed with how easily they install. Happy customers!

Love this! My trim color is Benjamin Moore white dove, and this drying rack is a perfect match! FYI.....I did have to bolt it to the wall at the base/bottom, to secure it, and that hardware is not included. Works great, looks great, and is unobtrusive.
