What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Love this umbrella!I purchased my first Ballard Designs umbrella in 2010 and this year I needed to replace; the old one was still operable but just a bit beat up. I needed a new one and would not think to purchase anywhere but BD! The quality BD offers in all their products in excellent and I know this new umbrella will give me at least another 13 years of use. I bought with the navy canopy (I had the black and white stripe on my old umbrella) with the black pole. I put it up and love the look! I also love the tilting feature.

High quality Umbrella great valueIt is of excellent quality with the sunbrella fabric. Even though it seemed lightweight we set it up, it is sturdy and of good design. The auto tilt feature is great to block the Sun at the times of day where needed. We are so happy with this purchase and it’s a great value for the money. I researched tons before buying this one. Also, I ordered the wrong color blue the first time online and returned to store to get the right one. The staff in the Atlanta store went above and beyond to find what I wanted in the back and make sure everything was hassle free for exchange. I will return to them for future purchases.

Sunbrella Auto Tilt UmbrellaWe were very happy with the auto tilt umbrella we ordered. Color was as expected (Sand) and the bronze post looks nice with the sand colored umbrella. Umbrella material was satisfactory but not as thick as the material that went into the umbrella we just replaced that was 30 years old. Hope this one will last that long. Very happy with the mechanism of the tilt. We placed this on our deck where we get full sun and, thus far. this is working great.
