After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

I was only thrown off when they arrived that they were labeled outdoor chairs. I love the durability though and my cat doesn’t try to scratch the weave so that’s a bonus.

Comfortable and sturdyI went to the store to sit in these chairs before I bought them. I didn’t want to have to return 4 chairs if they weren’t comfortable or sturdy. They are well made, comfortable to sit in with a cushion that fits very well in the seat. The cushion is nice, not too bulky. It’s removable with no ties so you don’t have to use the cushion if you do not want to and they wipe off easily. The color of the weave is very pretty, a light grey/brown mix. Everyone who has walked in my kitchen immediately says “oh I love your chairs “!

Nice and sturdy stoolsI had been considering these stools for quite some time before purchasing and feel like they were worth the wait. They are sturdy, were easy to assemble, very nice looking stools. I will mention at first the wicker let off a scent for a few weeks and I either got used to it or it wore off. Pleased with my purchase and like the idea that the stools could be used outside too.

Beautiful StoolsThese counter stools are very sturdy and beautiful at the same time. I like that they can be thoroughly cleaned since they are made for ‘outdoors’. We put black rubber/cork slider ‘socks’ on the leg tips to help them move & prevent marks on our tile floor.
I would definitely buy them again.
