What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Precious metals in glass!Love the colors and the look of the mixed metals glass ornaments. We have a 7-foot slim tree, so 4 dozen of the smaller sized ornaments were perfect, along with some of our older transparent glass, and mirror pieces. It was a big bonus that these metallic looking ornaments were also on sale! Thanks Ballard Designs.

Love these ornamentsI went to a BD store to pick up my order of animal print ornaments and happened to see these. They are absolutely gorgeous. The only gripe I have is that theh were hard to remove from the plastic carton they come housed in. The trick is squeezing the bottom of the bubble each ornament is in to make it pop out.

High QualityI bought two boxes of the 4" and then went back for the third after they arrived. They are beautiful ornaments and very classy. It's not as easy to find simplistic but elegant glass as opposed to the hoards of plastic. Plastic is fine outside but not on my living room tree.

Unique and BeautifulI bought these as a special addition to my tree (decided to go with all new ornaments this year). I was amazed at how beautiful they were on the tree. However I bought them after Christmas (thankfully on sale) so I won't have a chance actually to use them until the holidays roll around again this year.
