After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Swoon!I shopped around for a long time but found nothing I liked as much as these, and they ended up being the best value too. I got a handyman to put them up since I have plaster walls (and the anchors included don't work for that anyway). It took me more time to put the drapery pins and rings in six black velvet curtains panels than it took the guy to put up three rods. (I cheaped out and did not get the matching rings here.)

Love this hardware!Good quality hardware and easy to install. The one thing that you cannot do is put a ring outside the bracket because the curtain will slide off. If you put all of the rings inside the brackets you’re good to go.

Fabulous lucite and gold curtain rods!These curtain rods turned out to be the best ones we have ever owned. First of all, the lucite and gold is a beautiful combination, especially if you like retro or Art Deco, etc., like I do. Second, the lucite rod just disappears when the curtains are open, creating a more beautiful look. Third, they are easy to install. Forth, it is one solid 48” piece, so if you are looking to cover a standard window, these are perfect and you don’t have to deal with any overlap on the rod where the curtain or rings can get hung up. This latter pro is a big one in my book. Finally, the price is not crazy out-there like so many others are.

Lovely modern touchOverall this is a nice modern update for any room! I purchased the 1.25” rod which is perfect for a smaller room. The clear acrylic also adds a touch of elegance but not bulk for a room with 8’ ceilings. It was a little challenging to hang since the rod is not expandable, but not a barrier. Rod, finial and brackets were all shipped separately. Although this rod is cheaper than some USA competitors, it is imported from China.

Looks great in my daughter's roomI've always gone cheap on drapery hardware and didn't think it was a huge deal. Decided to spend a little more than I usually do, and man, is it worth it. It was so much easier to install and is much more sturdy than what I'm used to. Quality hardware really makes a difference. Plus these look amazing in my daughter's room.
