After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

Perfect for me!Im very pleased with this jute rug. It's just as described, and the quality is amazing. It looks and feels even better in person. I got a 9x12 to layer underneath a more plush rug for the fall/winter months. It adds so much more texture and "cozy" to our all tile living room. I also really loved the look of it by itself, so for summer months I'm thinking I'll uncover it! It is surprisingly soft and comfortable to walk on.

Worth every penny!!LOVE this rug! It is the perfect combination of casual elegance for our coastal home. It is soft underfoot, well made and beautiful! We bought the 8 x 10 in natural. Chunky jute rugI love the look of this chunky rug. I bought it for my entry and it’s perfect! The fringe is pretty thick and wild and sheds a bit as you’d expect in a natural product. It might someday look as neat as the picture, but since I wanted a rustic look I’m fine with it.

Fantastic rugIt took a long time to select a rug for the master bedroom. I loved the look of this rug but then was unsure of the colors. I decided to go with Driftwood. The rug is just perfect. It's chunk and substantial but doesn't interfere with the romantic essence of the room. I loved it so much I just ordered another for my dining room.

Love the lookThis is the second jute rug I have bought from Ballard. I have been delighted with both. The appearance and quality surpasses any others I have seen, especially for the price. There was a musty, damp odor when I first opened it, but it went away after a week or so. Would definitely recommend this rug and wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.
