Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Leeds 3-Light Pendant Light is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great looking fixture with some quality issues Purchased this light for our living room. It was on back order and took about 4 weeks to arrive. I installed the fixture yesterday. The Pros: - Very nice transitional design. It looks great in our room. - Some higher end quality features such as a ball and socket joint on the central stem to assist with leveling the fixture. The Cons: - The light is listed online as using 100W max bulbs; however the fixture is actually only rated for 60W max bulbs. This was a little disappointing since the fixture replaces another 3-light fixture rated at 60W max and one of the reasons we went with the Leeds pendant was to get a little more light. - The main round housing is very thin and pliable. Once the diffuser was installed it became apparent that the surrounding housing was bent as the glass diffuser did not lie flat, with the distorted housing creating a gap with the diffuser. Fortunately, because the housing was so thin, I was able to gently bend it to the proper position. - The bottom glass diffuser is held in place by small bendable metal flaps. These are very flimsy and one of the three broke during installation. - The bulbs are partially covered on top by a split glass cover that is pre-drilled with holes permitting it to be screwed to the central portion of the fixture containing the light bulbs. Unfortunately, the holes in the glass cover were not drilled at the proper distance, so one of the holes did not line up and could not be screwed/attached to the fixture. - The top of the light is not completely enclosed, which means that dust and bugs will collect within the light. - As the description says, the light is made of steel with a painted gold finish. Up close, it looks a little cheap, but once installed, it didn't bother us as much. Just be aware that this is not a brass fixture with an aged finish. Overall: - Although there are some quality issues with the Leeds pendant, I'm giving it 3 stars as it is a nice light for the price.
